Terms of Use

1. General

www.dndreserve.com (the "Site") is operated by CY-DND MAINTENANCE & SERVICE'S LTD.. By using the Site you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Scope of the Service

The Site provides presentation of accommodation options, availability search, online booking, online payment and booking tracking. Contractual terms for bookings are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and the Pre-Information Form.

3. Booking and Account Rules

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide on the booking form; the Site cannot be held liable where the service cannot be provided due to incorrect information.
  • A booking becomes definitive upon completion of payment; if payment is not completed within 30 minutes, the booking is cancelled automatically.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential; notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, logo, design and software) belongs to CY-DND MAINTENANCE & SERVICE'S LTD. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

5. Prohibited Use

  • Attempting to disrupt the operation or weaken the security of the Site,
  • Creating fictitious bookings or bookings on behalf of others without authority,
  • Collecting Site content with automated tools without permission (scraping),
  • Using the Site for any purpose contrary to applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. CY-DND MAINTENANCE & SERVICE'S LTD. is not liable for outages caused by maintenance, technical failure or force majeure, nor for the content of third-party sites linked from the Site. Your rights under mandatory consumer law remain unaffected.

8. Changes

CY-DND MAINTENANCE & SERVICE'S LTD. may update these terms; the current version takes effect upon publication on the Site. The "Last updated" line at the top shows the version in force.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent for consumer transactions; Gazimağusa Mahkemeleri for other disputes.
