2. Main Characteristics of the Service

The service is accommodation in the apartment type and between the check-in/check-out dates stated in the booking summary. Apartment type, dates, number of nights and guests are as you selected on the booking form and are shown as a summary before the payment step.

3. Price and Payment

  • The total price including all taxes is displayed in Euro (EUR) in the booking summary.
  • Collection is made in Turkish Lira, calculated at the Central Bank of Türkiye selling rate at the time of payment; the TRY amount and the rate are shown separately at the payment step.
  • Payment is made by card on Ziraat Bank's secure 3D Secure page; your card details are never entered on this site and are not stored by us.
  • If your card is denominated in a foreign currency, your issuing bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
  • There is no delivery/shipping cost; the service is performed at the accommodation.

4. Confirmation of the Booking and Payment Window

Your booking becomes definitive upon successful completion of payment. If payment is not completed within 30 minutes of creating the booking, the booking is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.

5. Important Notice on the Right of Withdrawal

For accommodation services to be performed on a specific date or within a specific period, NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL exists pursuant to Article 15/1-g of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. 6. Complaints and Remedies

You may send requests and complaints to info@dndreserve.com or +90 548 888 03 63. You also retain the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade) and the Consumer Courts at your place of residence.

7. Validity

This pre-information reflects the terms at the moment you approve the booking form and is valid for your booking. Your approval record (date and document version) is stored electronically.
