1. General
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (localStorage / sessionStorage) used on www.dndreserve.com, operated by CY-DND MAINTENANCE & SERVICE'S LTD.. In line with the Turkish Data Protection Authority's Cookie Guidelines, no non-essential cookie or content is loaded without your explicit consent.
There are three consent-based categories: analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), advertising measurement (Google Ads, Meta) and third-party content (map). You can decide on each category separately.
2. Essential / Exempt Storage
The following records are strictly necessary for the site to function and do not require consent; all are kept in your own browser and are not sent to third parties (except bot protection, described in the table):

3. Consent-Based: Analytics Cookies
Loaded only if you consent to the "Analytics" category. They let us measure, in aggregate and statistically, how the site is used (pages visited, session length, clicks); Google tools run under Consent Mode and set no cookie without consent.

4. Consent-Based: Advertising Measurement Cookies
Loaded only if you consent to the "Advertising" category. They let us measure whether our ad campaigns result in bookings; the ad platforms process this data under their own policies.

5. Consent-Based: Third-Party Content
The following content loads only if you consent via the cookie banner or the content card. When loaded, your browser connects to that provider's servers and the provider may use its own cookies/storage:
- Map tiles — the location map on the home page. Tiles are served by OpenFreeMap (Privacy Policy) and the underlying map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors. No request is sent to Google for the map.
If you do not consent, you will see an information card instead of the map; every other function of the site keeps working. The promotional video on the home page is served from our own server, sends no request to third parties and needs no consent.
6. Managing Your Preferences
- Use Accept, Reject or Preferences on the banner shown on your first visit.
- Change your decision at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer. When you withdraw consent, the related tools are no longer loaded and the site attempts to remove the cookies of those categories from your browser.
- You can also clear all site data from your browser settings.
