Cancellation & Change Policy

1. Scope

This policy sets out the rules for cancelling and changing accommodation bookings made on www.dndreserve.com. The contractual terms applicable to your booking are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and the Pre-Information Form; this policy is to be read together with those documents.

2. Confirmation of the Booking

A booking becomes definitive upon successful completion of payment. If payment is not completed within 30 minutes of creating the booking, the booking is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.

3. Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal exists for accommodation services to be performed on a specific date or within a specific period; see Article 6 of the Distance Sales Agreement.

4. Cancellation and Change Requests

You may send cancellation or date/apartment change requests, together with your booking code, by e-mail to info@dndreserve.com. Requests are assessed per booking under the terms in section 5, and the outcome is communicated to you in writing.

6. Validity

When this policy is updated, the "Last updated" version at the top of the page changes; the version in force at the moment of approval applies to your booking.
